I reached out with what I thought was a simple question and then had to wait days to hear anything back. When they finally replied, the answer was so short and vague that it felt like nobody had even read my message properly. Really frustrating experience.

I really wanted to like this dress because it looked so nice online, but once I got it, the stitching was uneven in a few spots and there were loose threads showing right away. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more carefully made. It’s still a cute style, but the finish makes me wonder how well it’ll hold up

I really didn’t feel like this place was worth it... The experience just wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I wasn’t impressed. The fabric felt really thin. It was also kind of scratchy. Just didn’t feel like good quality.

I ordered the dress in dusty rose, but in person it looked much more like a bright pink to me. If you’re looking for something bold or more cheerful, you might actually like it, but I needed a softer, muted shade, so it didn’t work for my event. The product photos didn’t really match the real color, and I definitely would’ve appreciated some customer photos before ordering.

I waited in the queue for way too long, and when I finally got help, pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock again. They never seem to have my size available, which is really frustrating.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering here, I’m still waiting on my refund, and it hasn’t come through yet. Frustrating, so I’d be careful before spending your money.

But after waiting days without any proper update, it just felt like I was being ignored. Maybe the actual products are fine, but based on the customer service I experienced, I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they improve how they communicate.

The only thing I remember thinking was weird is that I was staring at this tiny lock icon in the corner like it was going to explain everything to me. I just wish they had a little more clear info about payment security during checkout. It felt safe enough, but not exactly comforting. Overall it was okay, just could be a bit better.

I tried to exchange my order it turned into such a headache. The whole process felt like it was run by amateurs—slow replies, confusing steps, and I was just sitting around waiting with no clue what was going on. Definitely not what I expected. Unless they seriously fix this exchange nonsense, I’m not ordering again

I was really excited about this because it looked so cute when I first got it. I wore it out a couple of times and thought it was going to be a new favorite, but after just two wears, the seams started coming apart. Kind of a bummer because I really liked the style, but the quality just didn’t hold up

I was let down. The dress looked way nicer in the photos, but in person it just wasn’t it. The sizing was kinda off too, and support took forever to get back to me. I don’t think I’d order from here again
